Expanding Ideas, Breaking Bottlenecks, and Striving for Leapfrogging - Wuzhong Company and Alibaba Group Collaborate to Carry out Advanced Management Training on Lean Production, Cost Reduction, and Efficiency Enhancement

From November 2023 to January 2024, Alibaba Group signed a three-month consulting and training agreement with Chongqing Wuzhong Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. and became a lifelong member of "OKKI" training. The consulting group sent two gold medal training instructors, Teacher He and Teacher Wang, to Jiangda Company for on-site consulting and teaching.

During the consultation period, two teachers used their in class and after class time to provide managers with detailed internal training courses such as "6S on-site management training", "safety education and training", "result oriented thinking for improving execution", "management methods for managers", "transforming thinking and breaking through oneself to create brilliance", and "building an efficient and efficient team". Each course was rigorous, orderly, rich in content, and knowledgeable, which greatly benefited all students in the company.

Although the short three months of training have all ended, the managers of Jiangda are always on the road in the journey of learning.
